I see therapy as a courageous journey of hope and healing, and I enjoy working with individuals and couples who want a better life. As a Gottman Certified Therapist, I am passionate about working with couples, helping to resolve years of hurts and misunderstandings, deepening friendship, and improving communication. The work can be hard, but it leads to a richer, deeper emotional intimacy than either one could have dreamed of alone. As a CSAT candidate, I am passionate about working with sex addiction, sexual anorexia, and trauma. I love seeing clients heal & become the person they were always meant to be.
I offer a number of services to include Gottman Couples Therapy, Affair Recovery, Sex Addiction, Sexual Anorexia, Trauma Treatment, Hypnotherapy, &Mindfulness. I also work with Depression, Anxiety, Bi-Polar Disorder, Other Addictions, andAttachment Trauma. I am beginning EMDR training in Sept 2021 and should be certified by the end of December.
