Undergoing intensive psychodynamic psychotherapy is deeply personal. For many individuals, this adventure into unknown recesses of their psyches reveals personal vistas previously unimagined. I work with adults for issues with relationships, PTSD, depression, anxiety, work problems. I use a variety of techniques including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems therapy.
