Working together, we get to the core of what is going on in a safe and supportive environment so that you can feel calm, clear and empowered to begin to make some changes.
Feeling connected to yourself and your body is entirely possible. I provide you with the somatic resources you need to feel grounded, calm, and empowered. You get the opportunity to talk about what is really important to you, while also feeling your experience in your body. Sadness, anger, fear, love, creativity, and pleasure are all available to you.
I know it's hard to make a first appointment. No worries. I am not going anywhere so you can think about it. And also please remember, that it often take a couple of appointments to assess whether or not you and I are the best fit to work together. If for some reason we are not, I will provide you with some other resources.
