I have 25 years experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds, and ages. Our job together is to identify dysfunctional patterns. I have specialized in working with adults with depression, anxiety, codependency, relationship issues, and PTSD. I have many years of experience working with adults who came from families with substance abuse issues. I enjoy working with women who are having struggles around parenting codependency and relationships. I am happy to talk with you and see if we are a good fit.
I use a combination of Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Jungian Therapy. I approach my clients with overall positive regard and I am happy to explore your challenges with you.
