I specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, diet culture dead ends, medical weight loss (GLP-1) counseling, parent counseling for eating disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, body image work, general counseling and Christian counseling. I am EMDRIA-trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
The outpatient level of care is our specialty and we offer individual counseling, group connection, meal support, nutrition counseling (by specialized RDNs), parent counseling and family support. Therapy modalities we most often use are CBT, ACT, DBT, and EMDR and CPT for trauma. Our Christian treatment track is called Trinity.
