As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 36+ years of experience, I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR. I work with teens, adults, individuals who have experienced trauma, chronic stress & adversity, as well as LGBTQ+ clients.
