I am a licensed clinical psychologist committed to helping you build a life worth living. I work with a variety of issues including recovering from trauma, coping with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and learning to manage emotions. My approach is to work collaboratively with you to learn new behaviors and skills to replace ineffective patterns of behavior that are interfering in your life.
My work is rooted in science and I utilize cutting-edge evidence-based treatments. For chronic pain, I utilize CBT for Chronic Pain, as well as ACT. For trauma, I use the gold standard treatments of Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure. For individuals with difficulties managing emotions, I am an experienced DBT therapist.
I believe the outcome of therapy is to help you live a life in accordance to your values and long-term goals. I will strive to give you the guidance and tools to make that a reality.
