The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between you and your therapist. As your therapist, I will support you on your journey.
I particularly enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and women. Taking time to build a trusting relationship by listening with the purpose of getting to know and understand you, a unique individual, is my main goal. Difficult relationships, trauma, transitions and grief can take a toll on you. Through counseling you have an ally and are empowered.
Working in the mental health field as a Counselor and Social Worker has given me the invaluable oportunity to assist my clients work through and overcome life’s challenges. I encourage my clients to develop a strong self-advocacy skills and self-determination by focusing on their strengths and talents to help them create the life THEY want to live.
