I have 13 years experience in a variety of therapeutic skills. I believe trauma produces the pain that most individuals experience. I focus on the avoidance of difficult emotions to help identify the fear that paralyzes the interpersonal relationship. Life is relational, healing the core/heart is the cornerstone to a life of rest and healthy bonds.
