True peace means navigating conflict. Sometimes, that means letting go of a connection. But what about hope for restoration or repair? There is nothing wrong with protecting your peace. However, losing people is not easy. Your loss needs to be validated, and your grief and anger honored. Living loss is devastating. -I want to hear your whole story, not your best story. Why? It is all vital to understand -you! Growth and integration can occur when we process pain and search for wisdom.
