I am passionate about representation in mental health and strive to provide culturally responsive care. I take pride in being a multiculturally competent therapist with experience working with diverse populations, including serving as an LGBTQIA+ affirming counselor and supporting individuals navigating challenges within Black and Hispanic communities.

I work primarily with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, & interpersonal relationship struggles. I also work closely with individuals experiencing difficulty adjusting to life transitions, self-esteem struggles, boundary setting, and personal growth.

I believe it takes a great amount of strength and vulnerability for people of any age to reach out to a therapist, and don't take that lightly. For this reason, I believe that a warm, open-minded, client-centered, and non-judgmental environment is essential in beginning to heal and growing to be the best version of yourself.
