My passion is driven by my work with people who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, codependency, low self-worth, women's issues, and toxic relationships. I also have a special place in my heart for working with counselors who are committed to improving their own self-care and emotional health. My hope is that by providing a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space, people will know that they are being heard and what they say matters.
I will help you to identify unhealthy thoughts and beliefs that keep you stuck, feel like "fact" and drive your choices. Together, we will explore new and healthier perspectives that you may not have initially considered, discover your core values and provide you with practical tools that you can use in your day to day living.
