Hi I'm Wendy, a trauma informed therapist for clients ages 12+ that have experienced things such as childhood abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief or loss. I also treat Autism Spectrum Disorder and neurodivergent relationships. I am the mother of 5 adults and I am a grandma. I am here to help navigate your personal path. I offer dignity and respect as I support you in overcoming personal or family challenges. My clinical approach includes honoring your strengths and building your sense of identity and health.

I will use Internal Family Systems, Lifespan Integration, Polyvagal Regulation and positive inner dialogue skills to help you feel a sense of peace and control again.
