Most of my clients come to me to resolve symptoms from trauma or disordered eating patterns. Parents whose children are experiencing an eating disorder have become a sub specialty of mine and I regularly engage in additional training to support people struggling in these areas. Trauma is complex and I have experience with early, relational and attachment traumas as well as situational trauma. I use a variety of modalities that support clients to heal and manage their nervous system more effectively so they can feel different as they move through difficult phases of life.
I have experience working with people in transition including high school and college students, professionals transitioning in their career, new parents, and young families. I have also worked with clients who are downsizing or upsizing their careers, shifting into different types of work or moving into semi-retirement or retirement.
I have a strong background in the medical field and have assisted physicians, nurses, medical staff, firefighters, and police officers work through situational and chronic trauma. I also have experience working with eating disorders and clients and families dealing with chronic illness.
