We all go through times when life feels hard. I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and families who may be struggling with big emotions, difficult changes, relationships, or simply feeling like life has become overwhelming. I especially love working with children and adolescents to help them feel seen, heard, and understood. My experience as a school counselor has given me a special understanding of the challenges young people and families face. In counseling, I want to create a place where you can be yourself, feel accepted, and know that you don’t have to walk through hard times alone.
I’m trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and trauma therapy.
Counseling can be a place to talk about those things that we are struggling with without having to pretend everything is okay. You can come exactly as you are—with the good days, the hard days, the questions, and even the things that are difficult to put into words.
