Finding a new therapist can be daunting. I aim to provide an open, safe, and nurturing space. My practice is inclusive, culturally sensitive, and social-justice informed. I am a healthy at every size practitioner. I like to work collaboratively and provide compassion, humility, and humor along the way. My priority is to listen deeply, empower, and gently redirect or challenge where necessary. I offer counseling and medication management (uncontrolled meds), and add-on acupuncture treatments.
My practice is largely mental health therapy but I can incorporate naturopathic assessment and treatment as well as acupuncture to visits when appropriate. Having been trained in Western and Eastern medicine, I offer a unique perspective including mind-body (somatic) therapies. My ND program included two years of counseling training and internships.
What I love about my job is connecting with my clients, and together, we find a path of least resistance to a life that feels fulfilling, joyful, and balanced. I bring a warm, safe, and non-judgmental presence with plenty of humor and kind regard. I look forward to supporting you in your journey.
