I use an integrated approach to therapy incorporating my faith is God while utilizing a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, stress management, anxiety reduction, communication skills, anger management, and establishing healthy boundaries to bring about healing, hope, and restoration to individuals who have faced or are facing life trials.
