Congratulations on considering therapy, it is a big step in your journey towards healing.
My practice is located in my home office in the Mill Creek area of Snohomish. It provides a warm, welcoming, private setting. I am currently accepting new clients and invite you to call to arrange your free consultation either in person or virtually.
I bring to the table years of experience, practical tools, a variety of resources, warmth, and some humor when appropriate.
I am a trained EMDR therapist which is a treatment modality effective for trauma of all kinds. I have a laid back and personal approach to counseling and I rely on the relationship to help guide the treatment planning process.
I also have extensive experience with chemical dependency issues.
