I enjoy working with clients to meet their goals and increase self worth. I specialize in trauma recovery. I use EMDR to address needs and decrease depression, anxiety that can be symptoms of trauma.
I work with individuals, ages (12+). I can help increase coping, self worth and help the client implement self compassion and appropriate boundaries in their relationships.
Through out the therapy process I work with the clients to recognize and increase personal strengths. This focus decreases depression and anxiety as self worth is increased.
