I’m a warm, supportive therapist who has helped adults, kids, and families with anxiety, anger, grief, and stress for over 30 years as a therapist and teacher. Young or old, my clients can tell that I believe in them and that I'm not afraid of big feelings or big problems. Kids respond to my playful, collaborative approach and adults feel deeply supported.
