My father worked as a caseworker in New York and my mother is a registered nurse. Is it any wonder that I often attract caring clients seeking to balance stress (sometimes PTSD) as they strive to assist others. Many of my clients are caregivers- looking after family members, counselors, pastoral care workers, shamanic practitioners or healers. The rest tend to be people seeking tools to make sense out of their lives and their experiences. I provide a calm port in the storm of life. I offer goal directed therapy and spiritual direction drawing upon more than 30 years of experience in traditional counseling skills, Shamanic Counseling and Energy Psychology. I am available evenings by appointment. I focus upon short term, brief therapeutic modalities to support you in being strong and effective. I am well trained in alternative therapeutic modalities nurturing body, mind and spirit. My office is close to two bus lines with off street parking in Springfield, Oregon.
