Cairn Counseling: We are all on a journey. Sometimes you can feel like you’ve hit a dead end or are at a crossroad unsure how to move forward. Cairns mark the trail just as therapy can help you find your path to inner wisdom, growth, and peace. Our task together is to develop the skills needed to navigate the terrain and weather the storms as we also discover joy in the moments along the way.
I have over 20 years working as a clinician in multiple settings including residential, inpatient, and outpatient with clients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. The combination of Counseling and Art Therapy provides an opportunity to do our exploration through both traditional talk therapy and creative expression.
I currently accept VT Medicaid, MVP, BCBS, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, and private pay on a sliding scale.
