DBT Skills Group
San Fernando Valley DBT Skills Groups meet every Saturday in Sherman Oaks. We cover life skills in four modules: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance. DBT can be highly effective treatment not only for those diagnosed with borderline personality disorder but also those suffering from depression, anxiety, substance use and many other issues.
