I help individuals navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, grief and life transitions. With a particular focus on maternal mental health, I am passionate about supporting parents through the unique challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
I believe that healing occurs in a safe space to explore thoughts and emotions without judgement. We’ll collaborate to identify goals, regain control and build resilience. I specialize in supporting new parents, expectant parents and hopeful parents by bringing a blend of lived experience and clinical training.
