It's important to tap into your own values and passions, and this is where I find we transition from surviving to thriving.
Healthy individuals build healthy relationships. We can do both. I specialize in nutritional mental health and love exploring the neuroscience of emotion, how physiology affects mood, and adaptive brain architecture that develops through our lives. With couples, I blend Gottman and EFT strategies to build complimentary Partners and Playmates.
