I'm seminary trained for faith based integration in couples/family work. Also, I am a certified TF (trauma focused) CBT therapist helping survivors to process their past. I use the Seeking Safety model to address destructive coping. I specialize helping clients with body image issues, disordered eating, and low self esteem through the Intuitive Eating Model.
The try hard- self critical- perfectionist is my ideal client. Let's break down the myth and find grace and peace for you and for others. While I would never push my beliefs on anyone, I'm a Christian and trained in spiritual integration (of your value system) if that is something you would like to bring into therapy.
