My name is Wendy, and I am an EMDR-trained, provisionally licensed trans therapist. I specialize in providing mental health care to other members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I empower my clients to live authentically by using trauma-informed and acceptance-based therapeutic techniques; my clients often describe my approach as warm, empathetic, and friendly.
Processing our emotions makes us more resilient and helps us better understand ourselves. EMDR is an especially useful tool for reprocessing traumatic memories and improving self-worth.
