I have no higher goal than helping you find and live as your authentic self. I believe that every good we associate with living—healthy relationships, personal fulfillment, cultivated happiness—is tied directly to our acceptance of who we are and who we can become. I am here to support you along your path to that kind of acceptance. I am a member of the LGBTQ Affirmative Therapists Guild of Utah and I am a certified sex therapist, also working on a Ph.D in clinical sexology. I offer both a judgement-free space and the tools to help you work through whatever difficulties life may have brought across your path.
I help empower clients to discover their strengths and develop the tools necessary to heal from life's wounds. My focus is on your unique needs, particularly in the realm of sexuality and intimacy. I specialize in challenges related to sexual difficulties as was well as issues surrounding gender identity, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
