I provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples/marital/premarital therapy. Therapy has shown effective to help depression, anxiety, stress, abuse, trauma, ADHD, relationship problems, family issues, mood issues, and other issues. You will learn to become stronger, develop your coping skills such as cognitive-behavior techniques, and process past hurts; families will learn to improve their relationships; and couples will learn how to communicate better and find the root of their issues.
I provide teletherapy on-screen help by phone or computer for ages 13 to adult years. I will consider younger ages 8+ if you feel your child can do well with being in front of the screen and talking, and you can join the session if it helps your child to feel comfortable.
