Psychologist, MS, EdS, NCSP
For children and adolescents in need of additional support, I provide mental health interventions and testing/evaluation services for issues impacting school. Counseling helps children believe in themselves and find their inner strengths as well as build healthy thinking patterns and healthy behavioral habits. Psychoeducational evaluations examine a child's strengths and areas of need to help problem identify and provide recommendations for families and schools so that children can better access instruction and achieve their best in school.
As a School Psychologist and soon to be Registered Play Therapist, my goal is to help children thrive. Counseling enhances well being. Psychoeducational evaluation provides information on the nature of child's learning style and functioning. Testing determines learning disorders such as, ADHD, Dyslexia, or the need for accommodations in school.
As a mother, I understand wanting excellent and trustworthy care for your child and wanting your child to do well and succeed. I strive my best to utilize my skill set to help children thrive by problem identifying and finding solutions and empowering children and supporting parents to work through difficulties in a safe and supportive environment.
