About
For children and adolescents in need of additional support, I provide mental health interventions such as counseling or play therapy and parent consultations. Counseling helps children believe in themselves and find their inner strengths as well as build healthy thinking patterns, coping skills, and healthy behavioral habits. "In Play Therapy, the most troubling problems can be confronted and lasting resolutions can be discovered, rehearsed, mastered and become lifelong strategies." Sandra Russ, Ph.D.
As a School Psychologist and Registered Play Therapist, my goal is to help children thrive. Counseling enhances well being.
As a mother, I understand wanting excellent and trustworthy care for your child and wanting your child to thrive and succeed. I strive my best to utilize my skill set to help children thrive by problem identifying and finding solutions and empowering children and supporting parents to work through difficulties in a safe and supportive environment.
