I work to plan the best treatment "with you," by using a Systems approach. We will frame your individual context within your environment connections, and encourage mindfulness and gratitude practices to develop skills that create calmness and peace in your life. Utilizing a Multicultural frame work is a given for each client, because your identity matters.
