Life can be too much sometimes. Demands and obligations from those close to us at home, work, school etc.. can become overwhelming and have a negative impact on ones health. Over the years I have worked with clients with many different issues. I have many tools in my box to assist clients with building their skills to better manage the difficulties in their life. Providing individual, couples and family counseling. I am certified in Cognitive behavioral therapy.
I provide several different types of therapies including but not limited to sand tray therapy, art therapy, mindfulness and communication. People looking for a therapist often experience anxiety. It is difficult to ask for help.
My goal is to provide an environment that is warm, caring, understanding, non-judgmental and promotes growth for clients to be mentally healthy. You can access my calendar and see if I have any times available that work for you.
