If you've been through trauma, you know it can shape the way you move through life - how safe you feel, how much you trust, how you show up everyday. Healing doesn't mean pretending everything is fine. It means having a space where your story is honored and you feel seen and respected.
I specialize in working with trauma survivors - those healing from childhood experiences, abuse, sudden loss or neglect. Together we will work gently but purposely to understand your story, strengthen emotional regulation, and rebuild trust in your body and relationships.
