I use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, relaxation training, and solution focused approaches that are evidence based and provide lasting results. I can work in conjunction with your current medical providers if needed to give you a seamless and coordinated approach to care. We will meet online through a secure, easy to use video program.

Virtual Depression Support Group for Seniors
Join us for a twelve week therapy group for seniors with depression. We'll meet virtually on Mondays at 9am PST starting November 4th for twelve weeks. The group will be a small group of up to ten members. Medicare accepted.
