Due to COVID, I am doing 100 percent Telehealth. I am very sad to say, I no longer meet with young children, since play therapy cannot happen on-line. I am now only working with children 9 and older, adolescent's, families and adults. In this past year, so many individuals and families are experiencing extreme anxiety and depression. I can help by teaching and supporting you through it. I have a very easy going, and warm demeanor. Also,having raised four boys, now men, I know first-hand the challenge and chaos of family life. Whether it be anxiety, mood regulation, work, chronic illness, loss or finances, life can be overwhelming. Mental health problems can be acute, such as a significant death, or chronic, like depression and anxiety. I help people communicate more effectively, and help children navigate through the social and academic issues. Using humor is a real plus.
Seem I have a way with children, and it's sad that I can no longer work with the young one. Having said that, I see many adolescent and teens. is common for me to discuss parenting and behavioral strategies. Sometimes the best help for a child, is to support parents!
