For 17 years, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages, with a wide variety of challenges. I enjoy partnering closely with clients to collaboratively find solutions to help them lead more meaningful lives. I utilize a trauma-informed approach to teach new skills, process thoughts and emotions, and make lasting changes.
