I also provide supervision. I am a WA state approved supervisor as well as an AAMFT approved supervisor in training.
In session, I assist my clients in creating roadmaps to clear out barriers. Together we will set goals that will lead to maximizing their potential. I work with individuals using both cognitive and experiential therapies. We will try on different modalities until we find the right fit. We will challenge the unhelpful and find new ways to progress.
