Therapy offers a valuable chance for growth, self-discovery, and insight in a supportive environment. Since each client has unique strengths and challenges, I customize my therapeutic approaches to ensure a successful experience. By employing an eclectic theoretical orientation, I strive to help clients discover meaning in their lives and set goals that align with their unique journeys.

My specialties include: Sex therapy, couples, infertility, equine therapy, career counseling/life transitions, and traumatic abuse from being in a narcissistic relationship. I work with couples, families, and individuals—I help couples reconnect spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

I adopt a holistic approach to treatment, which may include collaborating with your medical provider to ensure our goals are aligned. If you would like a different experience, we can also visit the barn for equine-assisted psychotherapy with, Taz (my horse). Treatment will be customized to suit your personal preferences.

Most people with BED go undiagnosed and people suffer in silence. I have dedicated the last ten years of my studies to creating new treatments for those suffering with food addiction, emotional eating, unquenchable cravings and the symptomatic trauma and stress thats associated. My treatment for BED combines all the necessary remediations needed to help control the binge cycle, regain control, learn new healthy coping habits to avoid the first bite or to stop eating, learn how to nourish your body with proper nutrition and the importance of exercise for metabolic health. $25/session
