I am a licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist & Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with 20 years of experience as a licensed practical nurse. I specialize in helping individuals navigate addiction and mental health challenges by providing personalized therapy, relapse prevention strategies, & educational resources for clients.

I work with clients to build healthier coping skills, set boundaries, better understand themselves, and make meaningful changes.
