I’m not the kind of therapist who simply listens and nods. I don’t offer surface-level coping tools or endless talking loops. I'm actively engaged in session helping you unravel the patterns that have kept you stuck for so long. If you're feeling lost, misunderstood, or disconnected. I’ve been there too, and you don’t need to figure this out on your own anymore. I won’t pretend to have all the answers, but I will be fully in it with you.

My approach is experiential, relational, and deeply rooted in the science of how change actually happens. With AEDP, EMDR, somatic, and parts work, we’ll move through defenses, heal painful memories, and reconnect with your core self. Healing doesn’t come from insight alone. It comes from new emotional experiences, in your body and in relationship.

No matter what’s happened, we can change how it lives in your body and shapes your story. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, rooted in curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for your inner wisdom. You don’t need to have it all figured out.
