Talk therapy + neurofeedback (NF) may help. NF is biofeedback for the brain. It interrupts dysfunctional neural pathways (brain's hard wiring) and patterns of thinking (mind). Clients come up with starkly different solutions and a profound shift in confidence and competence. It adds a richness and ease to the therapeutic process not found with other modalities.
Neurofeedback and attachment theory are my primary modalities. I also use IFS, ACT, EMDR, mindfulness and neuroscience to inform our work together. My specialty is C-PTSD/childhood trauma/attachment fractures. I see clients for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, identity, and ADHD symptoms. My services are brain focused health and healing.
