With over 15 years of experience I am here to help you navigate the balancing act of "the new normal" and to assist with decision making in what is to come next.
As a licensed professional clinical counselor, registered art therapist, certified clinical trauma professional, level III infant mental health practitioner and experienced perinatal provider my goal is to help you achieve mental wellness no matter what stage of life you are in. Your unseen mental health is just as important as your physical health.
I specialize in life transitions and can help you find your path and manage feelings of inadequacy, isolation, emotional distress, adjustment to a new baby, going back to work, trauma, loss of identity or other issues. I use a variety of practical tools and skills to teach my clients how to identify their needs and make choices they can feel proud of.
