As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 15 years, I have experience working with clients and families of all ages and backgrounds who have experienced a variety of challenges. I bring to the table an eclectic psycho-therapeutic approach utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. I believe that you need to meet each individual that you are working with where they are, creating a safe and secure environment in order to promote strength and balance.
My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, and collaborative setting for my clients to share their thoughts and their feelings and feel safe while doing so. It is important to allow each individual person to feel empowered, to let them know how resilient they are, and to be better equipped to handle life's everyday stressors.
