The group is led by .a Psychiatric Provider, an ADHD Therapist, an Executive Functioning Skills Coach, a Psychologist who performs ADHD Evaluations, and a Holistic Health Coach. We educate parents' who have a child of any age who has been diagnosed with ADHD. We review how ADHD can impact all aspects of their child's daily life including academics, relationships, and family, We review the latest research on the ADHD medications, and the MTH-FR Genetic Mutation and its possible role with ADHD. Women in Menopause and Mental Health
This group is led by a Certified Menopause Specialist, a Psychiatric Provider, a Holistic Health Coach. The goal of this group is to education women to empower them to understand the various mental health symptoms that are associated with menopause. We review the symptoms and the possible treatment options with nutrition, medication and Therapy/Coaching. Our team is up to date on the latest research on bio-identical hormones with regard to symptom management, safety, and long term side effects. We explore how certain "diets" and types of exercise can negatively affect women in this stage of life.

Anxious Girls
This is a group for parents led by an Adolescent Therapist and a Psychiatric Provider. Our goal is to educate parents on the treatment options available for anxious teens. Parents will be educated on various types of therapy for anxiety such as DBT, CBT, and others. We educate parents on the the latest cutting edge medications for teens with anxiety, and the benefits and the side effects. We help parents understand the concept of depersonalization and how to connect with their daughter who was once connected with her family but suddenly has retreated into herself and has withdrawn from the family.
