Hi! I'm Constance Boyce of Wellspring of Life Counseling LLC. I provide counseling for children, adolescents and adults who are are experiencing concerns with depression, self esteem, trama, stress and anxiety, life transitions, relational/family difficulties & coping with grief and loss.
For adults and teens, I use EMDR, CBT and other evidence based practices as indicated. For kids, I use play therapy, TF-CBT and a behavioral approach, also offering parent guidance and support. I specialize as well in offering faith based counseling.
