Based on the Brown EF/A psychological assessment, participants set personalized goals in 7 key areas. Each week, group members check in on their progress, receive support, and gain accountability to complete long-avoided tasks. Designed for individuals with ADHD, ASD, or executive dysfunction, this group provides therapeutic tools and a supportive community to enhance organization, time management, and goal achievement.
