Queers with ADHD
Build executive functioning skills This five-week group therapy course provides practical solutions taught with therapeutic skills to accommodating executive functioning deficits. Group participants set goals in 7 areas, based on the Brown EF/A psychological assessment and each person's individual goals. Members check-in about goal progress and receive support and accountability throughout the week for completing long-avoided tasks.

Bipolar Group
This group will be led by our therapist Sarah Abdel Wahab-O'brien. The goal of this group is to learn more about bipolar disorder and how to manage the symptoms. We will do so by providing activities and strategies to use in your daily life. This includes things like safety planning, practicing self-care and learning coping skills. This will be a 5-week long course.
