We treat mood disorders, eating disorders, trauma, interpersonal struggles, etc.

Understanding Anxiety for Teens
This group is designed to strengthen members' knowledge and skills related to anxiety and support one another in their experiences. This group contains experiential, relational, and psychotherapy elements. It aims at providing support of your challenging experience remembers in order to explore their thoughts, ideas, and feelings about their personal experiences, and how anxiety is impacted them. Discussion typically includes anxiety, symptoms, personal and interpersonal relationships within the group, relationship issues, related to anxiety, social, anxiety, and development as a team.
