I primarily serve parents, couples, individuals (16+), & families utilizing attachment-based approaches (EFT, EFIT, EFFT) combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Acceptance Commitment Therapy strategies. I earned my MA in professional counseling from Liberty University where my degree program integrated both psychology and theology.
