My counseling style is collaborative and integrative, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families dealing with various concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, codependence, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution. My primary focus is alleviating psychological suffering and fostering a positive sense of self-worth, enabling clients to develop the tools they need to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
My therapeutic approaches are culturally sensitive and tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families. As a strong advocate for mental wellness and personal growth, I believe in meeting clients where they are and honoring their unique experiences. I am currently practicing under the supervision of a licensed clinical professional.
