Trying to survive the stress of raising kids? Feeling anxious, agitated, tired, overstimulated, or stressed? I primarily treat adults with ADHD, Autism & related anxiety, depression, trauma, overwhelm, & burnout. My clients often reach out for help due to difficulties at home, work, and in relationships. I help my clients see the strengths & skills they already possess to manage life's difficulties. Whether the goal is to learn new coping strategies, unpack a new diagnosis, regulate your nervous system, or learn ways to manage your energy as a limited resource, my goal is to meet you where you are and support you along the way!
I am a Clinical Social Worker (LISW-S) that has 15+ years experience supporting clients and providing clinical and administrative supervision. I provide a Neurodiversity affirming approach as we all have unique differences, strengths, and perspectives based on our specific brain and life experiences. I help you feel seen and understood.
Spruce, my Certified Therapy Dog, loves to join session when possible! I offer in-person (Dayton OH) or telehealth video sessions (Ohio). It can be anxiety provoking to reach out for help and open up to a stranger. I understand how that feels and will do my best to make you feel comfortable & safe!
