Trying to survive the stress of raising kids? Feeling anxious, scattered, agitated, or overall just feeling like you are not in a great place right now? I treat ADHD, anxiety, and depression and will help you develop strategies for managing emotions. My clients often reach out for help due to relationship difficulties that are creating stress at home, work, and with family. I help my clients see the strengths and skills they already possess to manage life's difficulties as well as learn new ways to cope & problem solve. My goal is to help you feel safe & supported and have a safe place to process.
I am a Clinical Social Worker (LISW-S) that has 15+ years experience supporting clients of all ages in school/outpatient/private practice settings & providing clinical, administrative and training supervision for other therapists & social workers. I help clients understand how thoughts, feelings/emotions, and actions are all related to makes desired changes
Spruce, my Certified Therapy Dog, loves to join session when possible! I offer in-person (Dayton OH) or telehealth video sessions (Ohio) for adults. It can be anxiety provoking to reach out for help and open up to a stranger. I understand how that feels and will do my best to make you feel comfortable & safe!
